For Android and iOS, YouTube is experimenting a video queue.

The ability to add videos to your queue while watching other content is a new premium feature that YouTube is currently testing. The order of the videos that play can be changed, and you can even remove videos from the queue. On the web, this capability is already available. The film added to this queue will not save after you have quit YouTube, making the new Queue function distinct from the 'Watch Later' later option that saves the videos to a separate playlist.

How to activate and employ?

  • Go to Settings under Profile in the top right corner. Test out new features Allow queue
  • Select "Play last in queue" from the three-dot menu next to any video item to create a queue.
  • At the bottom of the page, a queue will be generated and available.
  • You can drag on the Queue panel to change the playing order of the videos or delete videos from the Queue.
  • As you watch , you may keep adding videos to the Queue.

Availability

Users of YouTube Premium are able to use the new feature on mobile devices and tablets running Android and iOS. You should see it if you simply upgrade the app to the most recent version. We can anticipate a widespread roll out after January 28th, when YouTube claims the experiment will be accessible.
