 Highlights

  • Microsoft Intune has been corrected by Samsung.
  • A small number of consumers encountered problems with the Intune applications on their phones.
  • When creating a BYOD work profile, users were unable to finish the enrollment process.

Samsung has resolved a problem with Android 13-powered Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 devices using Microsoft Intune, a cloud-based unified endpoint management solution. Since updating their phones to the newest firmware, some users have experienced problems with the Intune applications on their phones, according to SamMobile.

Additionally, when creating a work profile for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) provisioning, users were unable to complete enrollment. Samsung has recently developed a solution for the issue, though. The tech titan asserted that it had resolved the problem on the server side and encouraged users to restart their devices before configuring the work profile.
The Android Device Policy will be downloaded automatically when consumers begin the enrollment procedure after restarting their phone, and they can then finish it.
According to the article, if that doesn't work, the business advised consumers to manually download Android Device Policy from the Play Store and start the enrollment procedure again.
Samsung has revealed that it would begin sending out the One UI 5.0 upgrade for Android 13 to its Galaxy M and Galaxy F series devices in India today. Today, the Samsung disclosed that a number of Galaxy M series devices have already received the One UI 5.0 update. The Galaxy M53, Galaxy M52 5G, Galaxy M33, Galaxy M32 5G, Galaxy M32, and Galaxy M13 5G are on the list. The business added that it would soon begin rolling out the Android 13 update to further Galaxy M and Galaxy F series smartphones.

Notably, the announcement was made not long after the business updated its Galaxy A33 and Galaxy A73 devices to Android 13.
