Ayurveda has been practised for thousands of years and was regarded as one of the most effective strategies to prevent illness and maintain a healthy lifestyle in prehistoric India. We began applying Ayurvedic principles and ideas in our contemporary society due to their importance in preserving excellent health.

To help us live a healthy, happy, stress-free, and disease-free life, Ayurveda combines our contemporary lifestyle and health-conscious behaviours with the ancient understanding of employing natural substances, medicines, and herbs. The World Health Organization (WHO) formally recognised ayurveda in 1976.Restoring the individual equilibrium between mind, body, and spirit is the central goal of Ayurveda.

All people and body types are divided by Ayurveda into three groups:

• Kapha (Earth and Water)

• Pitta (Fire and Water)

• Vata (Air and Ether) (Air and Ether)

Therefore, based on which of the aforementioned bodily types a person belongs to, different Ayurvedic treatments and therapies will be prescribed for them. Every person needs to exercise, do yoga, meditate, and consume diet according to his or her physical make-up.According to Ayurveda, you will remain disease-free as long as you eat according to your body type and exercise as necessary.

The main requirements for leading a healthy life in the spirit of Ayurveda are wholesome food, meditation, and yoga. These three will help you live a healthy lifestyle, be happy, and function at your best every day. The Ayurvedic way of living helps us overcome stress, which is one of the root causes of a wide range of health issues that people in our day and age face.
