Ingredients
Boneless chicken, 1/2 kg. Chilli powder, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 6 green chilies, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Procedure
Take a chicken breast, then mince it. Add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 6 finely chopped green chilies, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 2 tsp of chilly powder, 4 crushed garlic pods, and salt. Use your hands to thoroughly blend this. You can include coriander powder if you'd like. Include bread crumbs. The chicken shouldn't contain any water. Give it 5 minutes to rest. After cooking a little quantity, check the spices. Pour some lime juice in for sourness. Create the patties, then fry them. The used patties can be utilised in the freezer. Place foil between each patty.
In accordance, add onions, oregano, and chilli flakes to the burgers.To make the sauce, combine the mayo with the fresh, finely chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of sweet chile sauce, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix well. You can taste and adjust the salt and pepper to your liking.
The burger can now be sandwiched between the burger buns. tomato, lettuce, and onion to the dish. You can layer it anyway you like.
