According to rumours, Microsoft intends to release the Windows 11 Moment 3 upgrade in May 2023.

The days of Microsoft's straightforward and simple-to-understand approach for updating Windows features are long gone. Although new features typically filter down from the Windows Insider Dev or Beta channel Windows 11 Previews, they do not always follow the path down through Beta and Release Preview. What was initially promised to be one update per year has turned into a seemingly random flow of new features possibly arriving inside the monthly cumulative updates called "Moments." In short, it's unclear how "Moments" are selected and determined.

Microsoft intends to deploy the "Moment 3" update or "next Windows Continuous Innovations" in May 2023, according to @ h0x0d_, a trustworthy source of Microsoft leaks. Recently released Windows 11 preview releases have already been found to contain references to "Moment 3."

There are no concrete lists of potential new features that "Moment 3" might include, nor have Microsoft made any formal confirmations. Although some of its components and features are already included in Windows 11 22H2, the firm has not yet revealed what consumers will receive in the "Moment 2" update.
